Daily Agenda
DAY 1
BASIC SWIMMING SKILLS:
Breathing, Front / Back Gliding
Enter the Water With Your Fingers First
Place Your Hand in the Centre
Reach as Far as You Can With Your Arm
Rotate Your Body, Raise Your Elbows High
Keep Your Hand Loose, Modify Your Kicking rhythm Depending on the Distance
Backstroke Technique:
Emphasize the upward kicking motion.
Keep head face up.
Freestyle:
Breathing out of a Start or Turn, Breathing Head Position, High Elbow Position, Finish Your Stroke
Breathing at the Finish
Backstroke:Butterfly Kick Underwater, Hand Entry, Body Roll, Stroke Rate, Accelerate Turns and Finish.
Breaststroke:Elbows Straight on Out Sweep
Accelerate Kick, Timing, Split Stroke, Starts & Turns.
Butterfly: Dolphin Kick Underwater, No Breathing on First Stroke, Breathe Every Two Strokes, Proper Butterfly, Swim Butterfly Correctly.
DAY 2.
Safety Guidelines For Diving, Survival swimming and handling drowning issues.
Practical.
