This one Day Galaxy Oil & Gas Training Course is a  workshop planned for the Oil & Gas  E&P companies to congregate who and who that are to take part in upcoming Drilling of Oil Wells.

Training Objectives

What are the Goals?

The participants will be  able to learn the following:

(1).       bringing the drilling team together before  spudding

(2).       Acknowledge and strengthen team bonds.

(3)        Provide a meeting place for all personnel involved with operation (operator,           contractor and service Co.) to meet and how to become more acquainted    on a social level.

(4).       Receive first hand information from project personnel about safety policies,           the plan and special features of the project.

(5).       To provide a launching  pad for the operators representatives, contractors

         and tool pusher to put the planning of the  pre-spud workshop into practice at

         the rig site.

Well site engineers, drillers, contractors, assistant drillers, drilling engineers, oil and gas workers, mud engineers, mud loggers and any other personnel interested in pre spud planning.

Training Methods

How will this Training Course be Presented?

Preferably, this training can be delivered at premises of the operator or a suitable place that the operator will congregate its personnel those of contractor and service companies in batches as the their work schedules would permit.

Participants will engage in a highly interactive learning experience, with a blend of class room learning, exercises, group work and discussion. The instructor will apply a range of proven adult learning teaching and facilitation techniques, which will address participants’ learning preference styles. Active participation is essential, to share experiences and expertise of the tutor, as well as the participants. We can all learn from each other.
